- OTFOC J&A Focus Outdoor Advertising & Marketing Inc. is used by the Oregon Outdoor Advertising Association for all billboard advertisements throughout the State of Oregon regardless of ownership as all billboard owners are part of the association. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Focus Outdoor Advertising & Marketing Inc is the sole provider to the Billboards throughout the State of Oregon. No other firms have been identified.
