- US Trustees Relocation SOW with Attachments The General Services Administration, Region 9, is initiating a project which will consist of: 1)Relocating the offices of the U.S. Trustees Office from their existing office spaces at 235 Pine St., San Francisco, CA and 1301 Clay St., Oakland, CA into 450 Golden Gate Ave., San Francisco, CA; includes personal property for approx. 25 employees and miscellaneous furniture/equipment. 2)Disposal of all remaining furniture within the agency's office space at 235 Pine Street and 1301 Clay St. after move-out Contractors who are interested must be affiliated with a local union. Site visit is scheduled for Monday, July 25, 2016 starting at 235 Pine St.,1st Floor Lobby, San Francisco, CA at 1:30 PM PST. The site visit will proceed to 1301 Clay St.,1st Floor Lobby Oakland, CA at 3:00 PM PST. RSVP is encouraged, email jonathan.d.yee@gsa.gov.
