Ft. (ABOA):22,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):23,625 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):2 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):2 Parking Spaces (Reserved):2 Full Term:15 Years Firm Term:10 Years Option Term:Years 16-20 Additional Requirements:The total square footage is comprised of two blocks of space that will need to be separately demised and provided contiguously: Block #1: 17,500 ABOA SF - 18,375 ABOA SF Block #2: 5,000 ABOA SF - 5,250 ABOA SF Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
