- The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on other than full and open competition the purchase of a service contract from BIO-RAD, 2000 Alfred Nobel Drive, Hercules, CA 94547-1804 1) Svc Cont BioLogic DuoFlow Standard System Serial #:484BR3649 2) Svc Cont BioLogic DuoFlow Standard System Serial #:484BR2332 3) Svc Cont BioLogic DuoFlow Standard System Serial #:484BR1737 4) Svc Cont BioLogic DuoFlow Standard System Serial #:484BR1459 5) Svc Cont BioLogic DuoFlow Standard System Serial #:484BR3638 These instruments are used by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) Division of Intramural Research (DIR) investigators to carry out experiments requiring single cell interrogation of a large number. Due to the high number of clients reliant on these instruments, they must be maintained to a high performance level. BIO-RAD is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). BIO-RAD currently does not have any authorized third party vendors that can perform these services. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition.
