- Attachment 2 - Drawings Red Canyon & Dutch John Roof Replacement Project Solicitation AG-84N8-S-16-0121 Attachment 1 - Specifications Red Canyon & Dutch John Roof Replacement Project This project includes all requirements and necessary construction to replace a failing roof system on the Red Canyon duplex and two roofs on the Dutch John trailers on the Ashley National Forest. Construction work includes the following: 1- Remove and dispose of existing roof materials according to drawings and specifications. 2- Install new plywood roof sheathing (Red Canyon Only), peel and stick membrane at the roof perimeter and #30 roofing felt over entire roofs. 3- Install metall roof panels w/slip sheet and trim according to drawings and specifications. Provide and install incidental roof trim and gutters to provide a complete roof assembly. 4- Provide and install new roof vents and stain existing wood fascia (Red Canyon Only).
