- Att #2 EQUAL VALUE EXCHANGES OF FUEL Offer Submission Package (OSP) Att #1 Small Business Subcontracting Plan Solicitation This is a supplemental procurement to the basic Inland/East/Gulf Coast program, SPE600-15-R-0719, and covers additional requirements for JP8. Details are as follows: Turbine Fuel, Aviation, JP8 (NSN 9130-01-031-5816), Quantity 150,000 USG Ordering and/or Delivery Period: The ordering period is the date of award through March 31, 2017. The delivery period is November 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017 with a 30-day carryover. The basic solicitation, SPE600-15-R-0719, remains available on www.fedbizopps.gov. Please be advised that a hard copy of the solicitation will not be available. Offers must be submitted through the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET). Its use is MANDATORY for this procurement. In addition, a completed and signed Offer Submission Package must be emailed to the DLA Energy bid custodian before the closing date and time of the solicitation (BulkFuelsBidCustodian@dla.mil). E-mail offers will not be accepted.
