- Solicitation W81K02-16-T-0096 for procurement of Medical Courier Services The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific (RHCO-P), Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal services contract for Medical Courier Services at Medical Facilities in Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 September 2016 to 30 August 2021 (base and four (4) option years). The contract shall comply with all terms, conditions, special requirements and conditions, and specifications contained in the solicitation or incorporated by reference. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 492210, Local Messengers and Local Delivery. The annual size standard is $27.5 million. This procurement will be solicited as a full and open competition with no set aside. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
