Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona intends to use other than full and open competition to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to General Dynamics SATCOM. Accordingly, the procurement will be conducted IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1; services required by the agency are available from only one known responsible source. GDSATCOM will provide One (1) 7.3M CASSEGRAIN KU-BAND SATELLITE AND INSTALLATION for Naval Warfare Center Corona Division. This is not a request for competitive procurement. Any inquiries into this notice shall be by email to the contract specialist: walter.knapp@navy.mil. The applicable NAICS: 334220, business size is 750 employees. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. No telephone requests. All requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, cage code, Tax ID number, Business size, county and DUNS number. Any inquires that do not contain the specifications above may not receive a response. AMENDMENT ONE: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to remove CLIN 0014. CLIN 0014 is a part number that is bundled in CLIN 0012. Therefore, the extra unit is no longer needed.
