- Amendment 00003 SUMMARY MOBILE FORKLIFT RAMPS Contractor will provide all personnel, transportation, materials, and supervision in constructing and shipping mobile forklift ramps to Travis AFB, CA. Contractor will manufacture all ramps and decks in accordance with all local, state, and federal manufacturing and safety laws and regulations. End user will construct finished ramps and decks at location. Item Description: The mobile forklift ramps must meet the following specifications 1. 8'x 12' steel decks - Qty 6 2. 8' x 35' steel ramps - Qty 3 3. 50,000 lbs. capacity 4. Adjustable Deck height 38"- 56" 5. Color: Navy Blue 6. 12" Railings 7. 5 Year Warranty - standard material & workmanship 8. 30 Day deliver schedule NOTICE: Please view the attached combined synopsis/solicitation and amendments for all terms and conditions pertaining to the subject requirement.
