- Draft RFP Presolicitation HHM402-16-R-0003 is cancelled and will be replaced by Amendment 01 to Draft RFP Presolicitation HHM402-16-R-0003 to: 1. Revise & clarify dates under para 4.4.1 Executive Summary. 2. Remove all dates listed under Section L Draft RFP and replace with TBD as these dates will be entered once the Final Solicitation/RFP is released. The purpose of including draft Sections L&M to this Draft RFP are to provide interested parties with what to expect for the Final RFP. 3. Allow Vendors to View Interested Vendors List, has been changed from No to Yes.
