- JOFOC The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) staff use newspaper publications as part of data collection and research on the statistical reports, projections, and analysis produced for the public. In order to support its mission, staff must have access to the Washington Post, New York Times, and Wall Street Journal in an electronic format. The articles must be past (historical/achieve and present) and must have online access. The U.S Census Bureau intends to award a contract for product(s) and service(s) on a sole source basis. This requirement is for the online access to the ProQuest database and to the Historical Newspapers through IP Authentication. All interested parties need to provide a capabilities statement in order to receive consideration for a competitive opportunity.
