- SF 33 Attachment 5 - Past Performance Information Sheet Attachment 4 - Budget Template_CPAF Attachment 3 - USAID Form 1420-17 Attachment 2 - Development Challenges Attachment 1 - Award Fee Plan SOL-169-16-000005 Dear Prospective Offeror: The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Mission in Serbia, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to implement the Strengthening Judicial System activity in Serbia, as described in this solicitation. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). All types of organizations are eligible to compete and USAID encourages proposals from new partners. If your organization decides to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation, it must be submitted in accordance with Section L of this RFP. USAID/Serbia anticipates awarding one cost plus award-fee type contract within the range of $9,000,000 to $12,000,000 as a result of this solicitation covering an estimated period of four (4) years from the date of contract award. Questions and proposals must be submitted only electronically via e-mail on or before the due dates stipulated above to Albert Rexhepi at: arexhepi@usaid.gov and Branislav Bulatovic at: bbulatovic@usaid.gov, and must conform to all requirements outlined in the solicitation. USAID appreciates the time and effort put into preparing proposals in response to this solicitation.
