- Amendment #2 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Proposal suspense dates changed only. The contractor shall provide bleacher areas at the Tattoo Ceremony to be held at The United States Air Force Ceremonial Lawn on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC on Thursday, 22 Sep 16. This includes set-up and removal in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement and Drawing. This requirement is set aside for 100% Small Businesses. Questions concerning this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are due no later than 27 Jul 16 at 12:00 PM EST. Proposals are due no later than 29 Jul 16 at 3:00 PM EST.
