- Pre-Solicitation Notice for RFQ W91C3-16-T-0007, Repairs to Quarter 1135 at Fort Buchanan, PR The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan (MICC - Fort Buchanan) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912C3-16-T-0007 for Repairs to Quarter 1135 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The RFQ will be issued on or about 22 July 2016. The solicitation closing date is: 16 August 2016. This RFQ is issued as a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All responsible sources are invited to submit quotes under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 236118. The size standard is $36,500,000. The magnitude of this requirement is less than $25,000. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of RFQ and amendments, if any. The RFQ and amendments, if any, may be submitted via email at baryan.a.sierra.civ@mail.mil and christine.davis1.civ@mail.mil. All hand delivered quotes shall include a CD/DVD with identical information to the hard copy version. It is the offeror's responsibility that quote submitted, regardless of method of transmission, is received in this office prior to the time and date for receipt of quotes. The RFQ will be posted and accessed electronically by the public at http://www.fbo.gov. The RFQ will not be mailed out or faxed. Offerors submitting quotes that are not registered in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.
