- Solicitation document Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for repair and maintenance services for the Xerox photocopiers. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price technically acceptable; See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ). Your offer must be submitted by e-mail to CairoContracts@state.gov on or before August 24, 2016 at 02:00 pm. No quotations will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. SF-1449 2. Section 1, Block 23 3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications; 4. Additional information as required in Section 3. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to Hany B. Gerguis by letter or by telephone 2797-3055 during regular business hours.
