- ATTACHMENT 04 EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE ATTACHMENT 03 SCHEDULE OF ITEMS ATTACHMENT 02 SAVANNAH RIVER SITE REQUIREMENTS ATTACHMENT 01 STATEMENT OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS ATTACHMENT 00 WAGE DETERMINATION RFQ BODY AERIAL FERTILIZATION SF 1449 AERIAL FERTILIZATION The US Forest Service on the Savannah River Site has a requirement for Aerial Fertilization of 342 acres. The site is located 10 miles east of Aiken, South Carolina. The period of Performance will be 15 Sep 2016 - 15 Oct 2016. The Savannah River Site is a restricted Department of Energy Site. Attachment 2 of the solicitation addresses specific site requirements. A site visit is scheduled for 4 August 2016 at 10:00 AM. Additional, details for the site visit can be found in the solicitation. To ensure access to the site, Contractors interested in attending the site visit must confirm their attendance must contact Ed Olson at 803-725-0244 or 803-443-1443 or via e-mail eolson@fs.fed.us, no later than 1:00 PM EST on 28 Jul 2016.
