- Description
- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, storage, office, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services and window cleaning are performed at Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB), located in Wichita Falls, Texas and two buildings (bldgs) located at Frederick Auxiliary Airfield in Frederick, Oklahoma, approximately 45 minutes from SAFB, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor shall perform these services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). ***A site visit is scheduled at 0800 on 02 August 2016, Bldg. 1662, Tandy Weaver Training Room, Sheppard AFB TX.*** Bidders/offerors wishing to attend the site visit shall e-mail SSgt Kristopher M. Terrell at kristopher.terrell@us.af.mil with their full name, telephone number (cell phone number), driver's license number, date of birth, and company name not later than 12:00 p.m. 29 July 2016. Bidders/offerors should be at bldg. 1127, Main Gate Visitor Center no later than 0730 with their driver's license.
