Please contact the contract specialist, Edward Rogan, at edward.rogan@navy.mil for a link and password to access the drawings. *The Contract Specialist must receive any and all questions concerning the RFQ no later than 5 business days before the response date listed in the solicitation. No questions will be accepted after the close of the solicitation. *Please ensure that all offers are submitted in accordance with ADDENDA TO 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS (LOW PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE).
