- requirements for submission draft performance work statement This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, which as part of market research, is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 15.201(e). This is NOT a solicitation. NO CONTRACT shall be awarded as a result of this RFI. NO SOLICITATION will necessarily result from this RFI. The Government will NOT pay respondents for information provided as a result of this RFI. NO PRICING information shall be provided. Any pricing information received will be REMOVED and NOT CONSIDERED by the Government. The Government is seeking information regarding a new toilet / lavatory for the E-3 (Boeing 707-320C) aircraft. Request contractor(s) provide their approach to provide a new toilet assembly that can replace the existing toilet assembly. The replacement shall consist of parts that are FAA certified or that have PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval) from the FAA. See attachments for details. Responses to this RFI are requested by close of business on August 22, 2016 at 1500 hours - CST. All responses shall be unclassified and reviewed to ensure consideration of operational sensitivities.
