Description: The work of this contract shall consist of furnishing all supplies, materials, services, coordination, skilled labor and skilled supervision to make building repairs and a proper surface preparation to apply paint to the entire exterior surface of the Robinson House and hand strip and apply stain and varnish to the exterior of the west entrance door. Assume that all of the existing paint coatings are lead based paints. The Robinson House (HS-10) is located within the Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Springfield, Illinois. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 3 August 2016. The magnitude of the project is $25,000 - $100,000. This is Set Aside for Small Businesses only.
