- Drawing of project area. Trail section to be paved is circled in red. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. Please do not submit quotes until the solicitation has been posted. In the near future, a RFQ (Request for Quotes) solicitation will be posted for Trail Paving - Roseau, MN. This solicitation will result in one FFP contract for construction. Contract involves paving a 75 foot section of multi-use (bike) trail in the City of Roseau, in Roseau County, in northwest Minnesota. The asphalt path shall be 9 feet wide and 4 inches thick. Asphalt shall be installed in two layers, with bituminous tack coat between layers. All earthwork, including grading, installation and compaction of gravel base, and installation and compaction of gravel shoulders will be performed by others. The estimated price range for this requirement is less than $25,000.
