RFP: VA786-16-R-0303 Project Location: WEST VIRGINIA AND GRAFTON NATIONAL CEMETERIES, GRAFTON WV Service: TURF FERTILIZATION, PRE / POST-EMERGENT CRABGRASS, POST EMERGENT BROADLEAF WEED CONTROL & WHITE GRUB CONTROL SERVICES DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide Turf Fertilization, Pre / Post-Emergent Crabgrass, Post Emergent Broadleaf Weed Control & White Grub Control Services at the West Virginia National Cemetery, located at Rt. 2 Box 127, Grafton WV 26354 and the Grafton National Cemetery located at 431 Walnut St. Grafton, WV. 26354. SITE VISIT: Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect all sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect a one or all sites constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
