- This Solicitation is restricted to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Oshkosh Defense (CAGE: 75Q65). The resultant Contract will procure M985A4 Guided Missile Transporters (GMT) with cranes, M985A4 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) Multiple-Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Resupply Trucks, M984A4 HEMTT Wreckers, M983A4 HEMTT Tractors and associated Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) training for the Government of Qatar under Foreign Military Sales Case QA-B-UAP. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract.
