- Amendment 0002 The Air Force Test Center invites your organization to submit a proposal on the CIMTIC IV acquisition effort as set forth in the attached RFP (FA2487-16-R-0013). The purpose of this Research and Development (R&D) effort is to provide the Air Force Test Center with the capability to respond rapidly to customer test requirements. This is a full and open competition expected to result in a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The CIMTIC IV RFP is hereby amended to reflect the changes in the attached amendment of the solicitation.
