- Description
- The Presidential Helicopters Program Office, PMA-274, at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, Maryland is procuring support services to perform project management, acquisition management, access control, and engineering and technical services to support the execution of PMA-274 acquisition programs. PMA-274, a program under the Program Executive Office, Air ASW Assault and Special Mission Programs (PEO (A)), is responsible for the life-cycle management of the existing In-Service aircraft (VH-3D and VH-60N) and the development, production and sustainment of the VH-92A ACAT 1D program, which will replace the VH-3D and VH-60N. PMA-274 is responsible for providing safe and timely transportation for the President and Vice President of the United States, heads of states, and others as directed by the White House Military Office (WHMO). The contractor shall perform work primarily at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, Maryland (69%), Pentagon, Arlington, VA (4%), NAS Jacksonville, FL (26%) and contractor facility (1%). The sources sought for this effort was originally posted in SeaPort-e, but it is now being competed outside of SeaPort. The period of performance consists of a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods of performance. The anticipated total number of man-hours is approximately 624,000 for the entire effort, or approximately 124,800 hours (65 full time equivalents) per period. This procurement will be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
