- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft (NAVAIR) Division Lakehurst, NJ on behalf of the NAVAIR KC-130J Support Equipment Program has a requirement for three (3) Ordnance Loading Platform Adapters for the KC-130J Harvest HAWK as Support Equipment (P/N 3958AS350-1). The Government intends to compete this requirement among Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This acquisition will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333924 and the Size Standard is 750 employees. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government to conduct a competitive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses set aside procurement. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. All responsible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses shall obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
