A. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 Alt I in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card w hen attending the site visit orientation. B. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: Proposal shall be submitted by 13:00 hours on the closing date. C. Instruction for offrors: See Section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "No-offer letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation.
