- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires the replacement work of Air Handling Unit (AHU), AHU Condensing Outdoor Unit and associated Auto-Control Systems with new components on the top of the roof of the Consular Annex Building at the Chancery Compound for the U.S. Embassy, Seoul Korea. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. The performance period of this contract is 30 calendar days from the start date specified in the Notice to Proceed. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in the middle of August, 2016. This solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps - no paper copies will be mailed. Registration in the system for award management (SAM) is a requirement of the solicitation, and interested vendors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of a quote (See FAR provision 52.204-7, System for Award Management). Please see the RFQ for the actual response due date and for specific proposal requirements.
