- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-16-T-0100 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 22 July 2016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 442110. This procurement constitutes items 0001 through 0016. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN 0001 --- Metal Bed Frame 53 Inches / 25 Each CLIN 0002 --- TV Stand / 25 Each CLIN 0003 --- 3-Seat Sleeper Sofa / 25 Each CLIN 0004 --- Love Seat Sofa / 25 Each CLIN 0005 --- Lounge Chair / 25 Each CLIN 0006 --- Dining Table / 25 Each CLIN 0007 --- Metro Dining Chairs / 50 Each CLIN 0008 --- Table Lamp / 50 Each CLIN 0009 --- End Table / 50 Each CLIN 0010 --- Night Stand / 25 Each CLIN 0011 --- Coffee Table / 25 Each CLIN 0012 --- Book Case / 25 Each CLIN 0013 --- Full Size Headboard / 25 Each CLIN 0014 --- 4-Drawer Double Dresser / 25 Each CLIN 0015 --- Full Size Mattress / 25 Each CLIN 0016 --- Full Size Box Spring / 25 Each Award will be made in accordance with the FAR Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process (LPTA), to the responsive Offeror whose offer is the lowest price meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards in accordance with the technical specifications in the solicitation. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004Alt I, unless the Offeror qualifies for an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-16-T-0100. The solicitation may also be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed.
