Description: RFP: VA786-16-R-0309 Project Location: RICHMOND COMPLEX NATIONAL CEMETERIES, RICHMOND, VA AREA, DIFFERENT LOCATIONS Service: TREE SERVICES DESCRIPTION: The Richmond Cemetery Complex is comprised of six (6) National Cemeteries located in Fort Harrison, Glendale, Richmond, Cold Harbor, City Point and Seven Pines Virginia. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, materials, licenses, permits, professional guidance & advice necessary and incident to the provision of: 1.Tree Pruning, Deadwood Pruning Tree, Removal & Debris Removal Services, and 2.Emergency Tree Removal, Stump Grinding, Clean-up & Debris Removal Services. SITE VISIT: Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect all sites where services are to be performed to verify the work involved and satisfy them regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the sites constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Visits to the site by bidders may be made only by appointment with the COR or authorized designee of the Richmond Cemetery Complex.
