- Project Title Provide Continuous Emergency Medical Services Location ISA Air Base, Bahrain Agency Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Europe Africa Southwest Asia (EURAFSWA) Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using full and open, competitive procedures Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Project Description Isa Air Base, Bahrain requires continuous Emergency Medical Services (24/7) to ensure the protection of life, property and environment as a result of an accident, manmade or natural disaster, for Logistic Support Area, U.S. assets in Bahraini Military Airfield, and outlying support areas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, and personal protective equipment required to perform Emergency Medical Services while utilizing a government furnished ambulance. The Contractor shall respond to all EMS calls with qualified personnel to ensure initial responder medical care is rendered. Members providing this service will be Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technicians “ Basic certified (EMT-B ™s). Anticipated Solicitation Release Date The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 09 August 2016. Actual proposal due date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Responses to this pre-solicitation are not required. Additional details can be found in the solicitation when it is posted. Solicitation Websites Offerors may view and/or download the solicitation at Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO), https://www.neco.navy.mil/ or Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps), www.fbo.gov, when it becomes available. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Point of Contact: The NAVFAC EURAFSWA Contracting Office will be the sole point of contact for this solicitation.
