Description

1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation number VA246-16-Q-0646 (See Attached Solicitation) is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 corrections. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 339113 is applicable. 2.The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO-6), Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC) requires endotracheal tubing and associated consumables, as described in the Section B.2, Price/Cost Schedule in the solicitation. 3.The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. 4.Delivery destination is: Durham VAMC, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina 27705-3897 5.Quotes must be received no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time on July 29, 2016. 6.The successful company must mandatorily be registered in the (System for Award Management) at the web site: www.sam.gov (SAM).
