- COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION REQUEST FOR QUOTE NUMBER: P16PS02202 THE FULL COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS POSTED AS AN ATTACHMENT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, with incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #Fac 2005-89, effective July 14, 2016. This procurement is a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.203(b) and FAR 19.501(c). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811420 - Reupholstery and Furniture Repair applies, and the small business size standard is $7.5M. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order with one contract line item. U.S. Department of Labor Wage Rates, Wage Determination No. 2015-2187; Revision No: 1, Dated: 03/17/2016 applies. Notice of Pre-Bid Site Visit: No organized site visit will be scheduled. To visit the site for the purpose of examining the site and verifying conditions, please contact Nathan Wilson at nathan_wilson@nps.gov or (812) 937-4541 by 2 Aug 2016, 12:00 pm CT. No questions will be taken at the site visit. Offerors are requested to submit questions to terri_dyke@nps.gov no later than 5 Aug 2016, 2:00 PM Central Time. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. A record of the visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective offerors via www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net. The record should include a list of attendees, minutes of the meeting, and questions/answers, if applicable. To be considered, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and possess and maintain a valid Dun & Bradstreet number at the time of contract award. Lack of an active registration in SAM may make an offeror ineligible for contract award. For more information on SAM Registration, please visit the Small Business Administration's website and sam.gov. Questions are due to the Contracting Officer on or before 2:00 PM Central Time, 5 August 2016. Quotes are due to National Park Service, Missouri Major Buying Office on or before 12:00 PM Central Time, 11 August 2016. Late quotes will not be considered.
