- Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:New York City:Staten Island Delineated Area:North: Forest Avenue from South Avenue to Route 440. East: Route 440 from Forest Avenue to I-278. I-278 from Route 440 to Forest Hill Road. Forest Hill Road from I-278 to Richmond Avenue. Richmond Avenue from Forest Hill Road to Arthur Kill Road. South: Arthur Kill Road from Richmond Avenue to Arden Avenue. Arden Avenue from Arthur Kill Road to Route 440. West: Route 440 from Arden Avenue to South Avenue. South Avenue from Route 440 to Forest Avenue. Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA) Minimum:10,724 ABOA Required Sq. Ft. If unavailable, space can be on one above ground contiguous floor. Space above ground level must be serviced by at least two accessible elevators. Offered space must be in close proximity to public transportation. A commuter rail, light rail, or bus stop shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding 2 walkable blocks. Amenities including restaurants/shopping shall be located within four (4) blocks of offered space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be within a 100 or 500 year flood plain. Authorized Contacts: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative DTZ Americas, Inc.
