Range Personnel LEP Requirements (Regular Glasses) - Quantity 250 pairs - Visible Light Transmittance >71% (photopic) - Glass (scratch resistant) - Optical Density OD 3+ @ 850-900 nm; OD 4+ @ 900-950 nm; OD 5+ @ 950-1000 nm; 7+ @1000-1600 nm; - Clear Color - Regular glasses need sculpted soft pad inserts - Removable/adjustable head straps - LEP need to have serial number on the frames (sticker or etched) - Optical Density and Wavelength on the frame - Wrap-around glasses - Black or White frames 2. Range Personnel LEP Requirements - (Over the glasses) - Quantity 150 pairs - Visible Light Transmittance >71% (photopic) - Glass (scratch resistant) - Optical Density OD 3+ @ 850-900 nm; OD 4+ @ 900-950 nm; OD 5+ @ 950-1000 nm; 7+ @1000-1600 nm; - Clear Color - Removable/adjustable head straps - LEP need to have serial number on the frames (sticker or etched) - Optical Density and Wavelength on the frame - Over the Glasses need adjustable ear pieces (lengthen/shorten) - Wrap-around glasses - Black or White frames 3. Range User LEP Requirements - Quantity 100 pairs - Ballistic impact resistance rated LEP (MIL-PRF-32432 (GL)/MIL-DTL-43511D clause 3.5.10) - Interchangeable Lenses - Rose Colored Lens -- Optical Density OD 4 @ 532 nm; OD 4+ @ 500-532 nm -- Visible Light Transmittance >40% (photopic) - Green Colored Lens -- Optical Density OD 4 @ 820-850 and 1064 nm; OD 4+ @ 803-822 nm; OD 5+ @ 823-844 nm; OD 6+ @845-1089 nm -- Visible Light Transmittance >50% (photopic) - Lens must be etched with Optical Density and Wavelength - LEP need to have serial number on the frames (sticker or etched) - Wrap-around glasses - Removable/adjustable head straps - Black frames
