Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide Community Based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program Services in the city of Flint, or surrounding area, Michigan. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 624221. All potential bidders MUST be registered and show as 'ACTIVE' in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. The Registration in SAM is a requirement in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. The contractor shall be regularly established in providing bed space housing for homeless veterans. The contract period is from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 with four (4) pre-priced one (1) year option periods (if exercised). No fax or email bid packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about August 4, 2016. NOTE: No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
