Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, 1968 Gilbert Street, STE 600, Norfolk, Virginia 23511-3392 proposes to issue a modification to Contract N00189-16-D-0021 for an increased level of support under existing PWS Section C.3.3.4 (Inventory Management). The referenced contract which resulted from a full and open competitive solicitation was awarded to Cavalier Telephone, L.L.C. d/b/a Windstream on 28 January 2016. The proposed modification would increase the ceiling of the contract by $61,920.00 for the base period ($319,028.37 inclusive of the base and all option periods). The modification would provide for additional contractor resources in support of PWS Section C.3.3.4 in order to validate and verify the inventory management system on an as needed basis. The additional support has been determined to be within scope of the PWS.
