NOR IS THE GOVERNMENT OBLIGATED TO ORDER THIS WORK. THIS IS SOELY FOR PLANNING PURPOSES. The purpose of this amendment is to provide potential offerors advance notice that 3-urgent Task Order request, will go out moments after the IDIQ/Multi Award contract has been awarded. In the attached please find the following DRAFT SOW: SOW, Engineering and Industrial Hygiene Support for EPA ¿s Existing Chemicals Programs CEB Assessments of Existing Chemicals Title: New Chemicals Exposure Support NOTE: THIS IS NOT GUARENTEED WORK TO OFFERES. NOR IS THE GOVERNMENT OBLIGATED TO ORDER THIS WORK. THIS IS SOELY FOR PLANNING PURPOSES. The purpose of this amendment is to document the following changes: 1. Attachment I to the amendment: Question and Answers These are the consolidated questions and answers from timely submitted questions in accordance with RFP. All late submissions were not incorporated. The Agency responses will indicate where answers/responses resulted in the RFP being revised. Refer to the revised RFP for full details and requirements. 2. SOL-DC-16-00027 Amendment I: Revised RFP - All changes highlighted in Red. 3. Revised Attachment I to RTP (SOW) This is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) contract to obtain contractor services to support the Exposure Assessments for Toxic Substances (EATS) within EPA. The purpose of this contract is for the contractor to provide engineering, exposure assessment, and technical services for the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics' (OPPT) regulatory and non-regulatory activities. This contract will primarily support work for OPPT's Risk Assessment Division (RAD), but it may also support work for other OPPT divisions and EPA offices.
