- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center intends to enter into negotiations on a single source basis with TRC Environmental Corporation of Windsor, Connecticut, for a fifteen (15) day extension of one Task Order under the current IDIQ contract. This Task Order will provide 15 days of On-site Civil/Environmental Engineering support for the Federal Aviation Administration Technical Center's Superfund Cleanup Program. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
