Description

16T0192 NSWC, IHEODTD intends to award a SOLE SOURCE to: American Chemical Society This acquisition is a SOLE SOURCE requirement with American Chemical Society, 2540 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43202-1505 for SciFinder Enterprise. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in SAM www.sam.gov with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code: 518210, FSC Code: D317 and Size Standard: $32.5 Million. Offers must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on 08 August 2016. Please provide all responses and direct all questions to Jodi Fields, Fax (301) 744-6632 or jodi.fields@navy.mil. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil.
