- This is a sole source synopsis announcement. A written solicitation will not be issued. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to US Dept of Health and Human Services, HHS Supply Service Center, to procure the following pharmaceuticals: - Dapsone Tablets, 100MG, UD, 30s, 720 bottles - Dapsone Tablets, 25 MG, UD, 30s, 240 bottles - Minocycline Capsules, 100 MG, 50s, 288 bottles - Rifampin Capsules, 300 MG, 60s, 240 bottles - Clarithromycin Tablet ER, 500 MG, 60s, 240 bottles - Thalidomide Capsules, 200 MG, 28s, 6 bottles - Methotrexate Tablets, 2.5 MG, 100s, 144 bottles - Epoetin Alfa Recombinant 10,000 Units/ML 10s Vials, 6 packages The delivery due by date is September 30, 2016. This effort is in support of the National Hansen's Disease Programs (NHDP). This notice is provided pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(5) and FAR part 6.302-5: the supplies or services required by the agency are available from a source authorized or required by statute. The intent of this notice is not to solicit competitive offers. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested offerors may submit their capabilities or responses before the closing date and time of this notice to the Government for consideration. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.
