- Synopsis Corrected See attached Synopsis Correction PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: Solicitation No. R16PS01455:Aeromagnetic Interpretation 3D Modeling The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region has a requirement for a Aeromagnetic Interpretation 3D Modeling Services in and near the Paradox Valley Unit (PVU) area, Colorado. The Bureau of Reclamation has a need for a follow on contract to R16PX00102 for the Aeromagnetic Interpretation to the data collected during that contract. Services include, providing preliminary depth-to-magnetic-basement results, provide a preliminary 3D interpretation results, and provide up to 4 meetings during data processing and interpretation to present interim results to Reclamation staff and contractors and discuss alternative subsurface geologic models. COMPETITION: Solicitation R16PS01455 shall be a Sole Source to Wintermoon Geotechnologies, Inc. acquisition in Accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, resulting in a firm fixed price purchase order. The requirement shall be procured in accordance with Subparts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote. The Government reserves the right to award with or without discussions. The complete specifications will be defined in the solicitation documents. NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this procurement is 541360 with a small business size standard of $15 million. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The anticipated release date for Solicitation No. R16PS01455 is July 22, 2016 The anticipated Quote due date is August 10, 2016 at 12:00 hours local time (MDT). The solicitation documents for this procurement will be accessible from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov and FedConnect, www.fedconnect.net. It is, and will continue to be, all potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO and FedConnect websites for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers, etc. as the Government will not be providing any other methods of information dissemination. RESPONSES: Any responses received under this special notice will be used for market research purposes only for future same or similar acquisition requirements.
