Description: The Big Flats Plant materials Center has an existing single land stone/earthen roadway used daily by government vehicles and tractors to access the property. The roadway is oritented north-south and bisects the property. The roadway has lost its original crown over the years. The USDA-NRCS-Big Flats Plant Materials Center is interested in re-grading five low spots, removing center grass ridge along one section, and re-stoning the entire 4300 linear ft of roadway.
