- NAICS 238220 Heat & Air conditioning unit installers- Solicitaiton packages will be available on 08/15/2016. Security clearances required for all workers. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. THis solicitaiton may be available on the internet at http:://www.fbo.gov. Registration on the SAM website is required. Simplified Acquisition FAR13. Project Description The intent of this project is remove and dispose of the existing ceiling mount two (2) ton Liebert Air Conditioning equipment serving the Border Patrol dispatch room and replace with an appropriately sized; approximately three (3) ton Liebert Mini-Mate 2 split system or equal. Project is to include all electric, mechanical and infrastructure modification work required.
