Description

Request For Quote: HT9402-16-Q-0021 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is HT9402-16-Q-0021 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-82, June 08, 2015. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $38,500,000.00. This RFQ is unrestricted, and all responsible sources may submit a quote, which if received timely, will be considered. Offerors shall email any questions to yvette.h.dluhos.ctr@mail.mil as early as possible to permit the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to respond. QUESTIONS RECEIVED BY PHONE WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED.
