- 29 July 2016 - We are extending the response date to 10 August 2016. The reason for the extension is we are re-evaluating the Performance Work Statements in light of the questions that potential offerors have posed. The questions have revealed some inconsistencies in our information and we want to fix that. We want to give potential offerors adequate time to digest the PWS changes before the solicitation closes. It is our intent to post the amendment next week. In the mean time, please hold new questions as the PWS changes may provide the answer(s) you seek. Thank you all for working with us. _____________________________________________________ 20 July 2016 - This amendment marks the release of the official solicitation along with a couple of changes to the solicitation document itself (see attached). This amendment also adds a couple of graphic files to show parking information at the training site. ______________________________________________________ The Alabama National Guard intends to solicit, with the intent of issuing a single firm fixed price award, offers for Role Player Services in support of a CBRN Training event to be held at the Pelham Range Training Site near Ft. McClellan, Alabama. The solicitation will be a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Role Player Services, in the instant solicitation, are for Subject Matter Experts (SME's) on the Incident Command System (ICS), victim moulage artists, human role players who will enact scripted scenarios as wounded civilians, and water-proof victim manikins. These services will also include collapse structure reset support. There are two Performance Work Statements (PWS's) posted with this pre-solicitation notice. They are subject to change. When the solicitation is issued, it will include final versions of both PWS's.
