- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make an award to a responsible offeror for the provision of Vocational Education Instructor Services for Alcohol and Substance Abuse Studies at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Ray Brook, New York. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from the date of award through 12 months, and four one-year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the government. The estimated quantities are approximately 374 sessions per year (a base year and four option years). These sessions will be scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, except federally observed holidays. Services will be performed for individuals who are in the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 15, 2016, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 611699, with a small business size standard of $11.0 million. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This solicitation is unrestricted.
