- Applicable clauses The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to solicit and negotiate using FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a sole source purchase order with Jones Lang LaSalle for the differential between daytime and nighttime cleaning services at DEA Headquarters. The action is in support of General Services Administration (GSA) Lease #GS-11B-01994 awarded to Jones Lang LaSalle. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price purchase order for the period of 9/30/16-9/29/17. A sole source determination is approved and is on file. Jones Lang LaSalle currently holds the lease for the building and is the only source able to provide the janitorial services. Please see the attached applicable provisions and clauses. This notice of intent is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued.
