- HDPE Pipe - BLM Utah Kanab Field Office & Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is L16PS01000 and it is a Request For Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 07/14/2016. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business and it is being conducted under NAICS code 326122 Plastics Pipe and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing under which, to be a small business, a company must have 750 or less employees. The provision ar Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors applies to this acquisition and any addenda to it are in the attached file regarding Clauses. The provision FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition and it and its' details are in the attached file regarding clauses.
