- Draft PWS Sources Sought Questionnaire NAVSEALOGCEN currently provides all new supervisors with a range of classroom and on-line training courses designed to provide them with the skills and capabilities required to be an effective supervisor. The purpose of this request is to determine if there are vendors that could provide a single, five-day, training course for new supervisors in a Federal Government/DoD environment that can satisfy all of the requirements in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) that is provided with this announcement.
